Senior Manager – Power Tools Key User Management

About the role

The Senior Manager – Power Tools Key User Management will lead sales and business development of Bosch power tools to key users across designated regions. You will manage a team of key‑user managers, drive growth in cordless and industrial tool segments, and ensure that business targets are achieved through strong collaboration with channel partners and internal business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the key‑user business by establishing direct connections with large users in metal‑working, renewable energy and automotive sectors.
• Lead a team of key‑user managers to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on increasing cordless tool share and industrial tool sales.
• Utilise digital tools and project‑level data to manage leads, convert opportunities and forecast demand for SKUs.
• Oversee end‑user complaint handling, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure rapid resolution.
• Maintain and grow relationships with end users and channel partners, presenting win‑win solutions and promoting value‑added services.
• Organise user‑engagement activities and technical seminars to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development of power tools or related industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong customer‑relationship and complaint‑handling capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills across multiple business units and external partners.
