Senior Manager – Lending EMI Program & Lender Management

About the role

Run Lending EMI programs end‑to‑end and own lender management—including onboarding, performance monitoring, SLAs, and relationship health. You will coordinate cross‑functional delivery to ensure programs and lender partnerships achieve volume, quality, and compliance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing and new lending partners for the EMI product.
• Set targets with lenders, follow up, reconcile data and drive business growth.
• Own the full program lifecycle: planning, launch, operation, optimisation, and wind‑down.
• Oversee lender onboarding, commercial terms, SLAs, issue resolution and performance reviews.
• Track lender‑wise volume, approval rates, turnaround time, reject reasons and portfolio quality, and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Technology, Legal/Compliance and Sales to ensure program readiness and smooth execution.
• Maintain program documentation, SOPs, RACI matrices and change logs.
• Run governance forums such as program reviews, lender reviews and escalation calls, and close action items.
