Senior Manager – Internal Audit (Financial Services) – Gurgaon

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead internal audit services for financial services clients in Gurgaon. The role involves delivering independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and risk management processes while leveraging advanced technologies such as AI and data analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, guiding audit teams to deliver high‑quality, objective assessments.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end internal audit engagements, including IA function setup, transformation, co‑sourcing and managed services.
• Utilise a broad range of tools, methodologies and AI‑driven techniques to generate insights and solve complex audit challenges.
• Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations and support clients in navigating regulatory and operational risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit, risk management or related advisory services.
• Relevant academic qualification such as MBA, M.Com, B.Com or CA.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with a proven track record of delivering audit value.
