Senior Manager – HR IT Analytics & Authorisations (H4S4 Platform)

About the role

As Senior Manager for HR IT Analytics, Authorisations and the H4S4 Platform, you will lead globally critical HR solutions from BASF’s Digital Hub in Hyderabad. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of HR IT products, drive AI‑enabled analytics, and expand the hub’s strategic footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of global HR IT solutions in authorisations and analytics, ensuring stability, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Build and lead a high‑impact delivery team in Hyderabad, establishing it as a trusted hub in close partnership with Germany.
• Act as the primary interface between business and IT across regions, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive next‑generation HR analytics using modern SAP technologies and embed AI‑driven capabilities at scale.
• Promote AI adoption to increase productivity, automate processes and enhance user experience.
• Ensure operational excellence with strong focus on quality, governance and reliability.
• Shape and execute global delivery and transition strategies, including knowledge transfer to India.
• Expand responsibilities to H4S4‑related HR IT operations, integrating analytics, authorisations and core HR platform services.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR IT or analytics product teams in a global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive AI use cases and embed them into product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
