Senior Manager – Health & Benefits Consulting (Rx Pharmacy)

About the role

Mercer is looking for a Senior Manager to lead health and benefits consulting for Rx pharmacists in our Noida/Gurgaon office. You will drive data‑driven analyses, support complex pharmacy projects, and act as a key liaison between US‑based clients and our local team.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and analyse financial and clinical data for mid‑size to large pharmacy projects.
• Manage scope, quality and timeliness of multiple client deliverables, including drug therapy evaluations and benefit plan reviews.
• Review and edit RFP outputs, prepare executive summaries, and support US‑team responses.
• Develop summary plan documents, evaluation models, and maintain client databases.
• Create industry content such as whitepapers, blog posts, and clinical reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
• Provide clinical guidance on PBM/carrier programs and stay current with US pharmacy regulations.
• Mentor junior staff, conduct peer reviews, and act as an advisor for problem resolution.

Required profile

• Active pharmacy license (does not need to be US‑licensed).
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare and pharmacy benefits landscape.
• Proven experience managing complex consulting projects and delivering client‑focused solutions.
• Excellent analytical, research and written communication skills.
