Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

About the role

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will own the end‑to‑end growth funnel for Sarvam, driving discovery, activation, conversion and long‑term usage of the platform. This role works across acquisition, developer adoption, lifecycle and experimentation, collaborating closely with product, dev‑rel, content, sales and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full growth funnel from discovery to paid conversion, instrumenting and optimizing each stage.
• Drive high‑quality acquisition through search, content, community, paid search and new distribution channels.
• Increase developer adoption by improving documentation, technical content and product‑led growth loops.
• Enhance search and discoverability via traditional SEO, technical SEO and AI‑powered LLM answers.
• Reduce time to first value by designing onboarding flows, lifecycle communications and product nudges.
• Run a continuous backlog of growth experiments, measure rigorously and scale successful tactics.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of hands‑on growth marketing experience, preferably with a PLG or self‑serve funnel.
• Proven track record of growing acquisition, activation, conversion and revenue with quantified results.
• Strong experience in both search/discoverability and paid acquisition channels.
• Comfort with analytics, instrumentation, CAC, payback and LTV calculations.
