Senior Manager – Global Procurement

About the role

Manage strategic sourcing activities for pre‑aligned projects across manufacturing operations, focusing on categories such as MRO and Facility Management. Partner with internal stakeholders, legal and suppliers to deliver year‑over‑year cost savings, additional value and compliance across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the 7‑step sourcing process for EMEA projects, delivering YoY productivity, AOP savings and cost avoidance.
• Own end‑to‑end strategic sourcing from stakeholder intake, market scan, RFx setup, analysis, negotiation and contract management.
• Identify whitespace opportunities, conduct spend analysis and drive innovation and continuous improvement across assigned categories.
• Draft, negotiate and execute contracts in partnership with legal, category leads and suppliers, ensuring compliance and sustainability goals.
• Coach junior procurement team members and act as SME on sourcing best practices and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with at least 10 years of procurement or category‑management experience, preferably in a global matrix organization.
• Proven experience managing indirect categories such as MRO, Facility Management and Engineering Procurement across EMEA.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and root‑cause identification skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑sourcing platforms (Ariba, Archlet, Keelvar).
• Experience using contract‑management systems (Icertis).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and decision support.
