Senior Manager – Global Finance Accounts (Financial Controller)

About the role

We are looking for a senior finance leader to head global finance accounts, overseeing accounting governance, consolidation and audit management for NIIT Limited and its subsidiaries worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end oversight of standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS, including foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations and goodwill assessment.
• Lead statutory, tax and limited‑review audits, act as the primary audit coordinator for global entities and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
• Implement and monitor Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), conduct control testing, remediate deficiencies and drive process standardisation.
• Manage ESOP accounting, EPS computation, managerial remuneration and related‑party transactions with full documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise the finance accounts team, mentor overseas finance colleagues and ensure alignment with global reporting policies.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification with 12–15 years of experience in accounting, consolidation and audit management.
• Proven experience in a listed company with multiple domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing global finance teams and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Ind AS expertise.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO.
• Experience with ICFR implementation and monitoring.
• Audit management (statutory, tax, limited review).
