Senior Manager – Founder’s Office

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to work directly with the Co‑founder and the leadership team. This high‑impact position will translate the Co‑founder’s vision into actionable plans, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure seamless execution across sales, business development, customer success, product, finance, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Co‑founder to manage core activities across all business functions.
• Co‑attend meetings, prepare minutes, track action items, and ensure timely execution.
• Review departmental progress, provide insights, and report findings to leadership.
• Lead new initiatives in sales, marketing, recruitment, and customer success.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and investor meetings.
• Represent the Co‑founder in meetings with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or leadership roles.
• Strong background in administration, strategic planning, and execution.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working directly with CXOs or founders is highly desirable.
