Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function at AISATS. The role will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting to support data‑driven decisions across the aviation ground‑handling business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts, consolidating inputs from all departments and validating assumptions.
• Maintain budget templates, perform variance analysis and develop action plans to close gaps between actuals and targets.
• Analyse financial performance, produce monthly reports on trends, risks and opportunities, and support cost‑analysis and profitability studies.
• Generate and maintain dashboards, MIS reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with business units to gather financial data, evaluate new business cases and investment proposals through financial modelling.
• Drive process improvement by automating and streamlining reporting and planning workflows.
• Maintain and update financial models and tools.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) qualification.
• 6‑10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, reporting and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities and collaborate across functions.
• Experience in aviation, FMCG, retail or beverage sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Financial modelling.
