Senior Manager - Finance

About the role

The Senior Manager – Finance works closely with the Finance Director to drive performance analysis, forecasting and reporting across the region. The role supports key accounts, builds forecasts with stakeholders and ensures accurate consolidation of financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Standard reporting of topline, cost & profitability analysis with actionable insights.
• Roll over and build forecast models; consolidate forecasts at region, customer, channel and business‑unit level.
• Present P&L slides to stakeholders, explaining variances against plan, forecast and prior year.
• Support transformation agenda by rolling forward AOP consolidation across regions, business units, customers and channels.
• Consolidate business results across regions, customers, business units and brands, comparing to plan and prior years.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the AOP and forecasting process and report to leadership.
• Provide ad‑hoc business support and analysis as needed.
• Utilise planning and dashboard tools such as BOBJ, Essbase, PowerBI, Excel and SAP.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of finance experience, including P&L management.
• Experience in planning, accounting or financial analysis.
• MBA, CA or CMA preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and maintain detailed documentation.
• Strong leadership, urgency, courtesy and patience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
