Senior Manager – External Reporting & Governance

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a senior finance professional to lead external reporting and governance activities for its Indian operations. The role focuses on the compilation, monitoring, audit, and regulatory compliance of Related Party Transactions (RPT) in line with the Companies Act, 2013 and internal board guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Compile monthly RPT data in close collaboration with the Global Services/OBR‑IN team, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor and control RPT figures against board‑approved limits, working with global business controllers.
• Coordinate half‑yearly and annual RPT audits through an independent Chartered Accountant.
• Obtain yearly approvals of RPT from the Audit Committee and provide quarterly RPT reports to the board.
• Drive revisions of RPT policies based on evolving business requirements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with RPT provisions under the Companies Act, 2013 and internal governance guidelines.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in external financial reporting, governance, and compliance within a large multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Related Party Transaction regulations and audit processes.
• Proven ability to interact with senior finance controllers, audit committees, and external auditors.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to present complex financial data to board members.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Indian Companies Act, 2013 provisions related to RPT.
• Familiarity with audit coordination and financial reporting standards.
