Senior Manager – ESP Business Unit

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Senior Manager to lead controlling and reporting for its ESP, NBS and 2WP business units. The role combines monthly business reporting, forecasting, long‑term planning and cost management across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business reports, current forecasts and long‑term business plans (BSM) for ESP, NBS & 2WP.
• Coordinate transfer pricing for CKD, pass‑through business and ensure compliance with AA & 2WP regulations.
• Monitor customer sales prices, profitability and GM1 analysis.
• Operate iGPM‑MCR for project cost updates, period‑end closing and cost tracking.
• Analyze IFRS15 and INDAS115 data for audit and BU reporting requirements.
• Control Capex budget and input business‑plan data for PPC roll‑up and validation.
• Perform EVOB calculations for new projects and manage inventory controlling and overhead loading.
• Guide and mentor ESP plant controller and BU controllers, reviewing reports from three direct reporting M&SS.

Required profile

• CA or CMA qualification with at least 10 years of experience in controlling.
• Current Bosch employee at SL1 level or potential SL1 with TP1 letter.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work under tight deadlines.
