Senior Manager – Cyber Security Operations

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Cyber Security Operations function. You will head teams that provide technical support and protect client digital assets from internal and external threats, while driving the integration of emerging technologies across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and performance of cyber security operations teams.
• Provide technical support for protecting client and EY digital assets.
• Detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber‑risk incidents.
• Collaborate with Client Technology, Enterprise Workplace Technology and Information Security units.
• Integrate AI, data analytics and other emerging technologies into security processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cyber security operations within a large, complex organization.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Deep understanding of cyber‑risk, threat landscapes and incident response.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary technology and consulting teams.
