Senior Manager – Business Application Consulting (Generalist)

About the role

PwC’s Business Application Consulting team helps clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing needs, implementing software solutions and providing training and support. As a Senior Manager – Business Application Consulting Generalist, you will work across a wide range of business applications, translating global strategies into actionable plans for APAC member firms and ensuring successful technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global roadmaps, strategies and communications into practical, territory‑relevant guidance for member firms.
• Lead annual planning and deployment activities with APAC member firms and global delivery teams to execute the Tech & NIS roadmap.
• Drive project engagements through planning, readiness, deployment and adoption, coordinating technical experts as needed.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and visibility for leadership.
• Ensure territories are prepared for go‑live through structured readiness planning, stakeholder engagement and coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT service delivery and managing a service catalogue.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and enterprise service management.
• ITIL certification or equivalent is preferred.
