Senior Lead Commercial Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Lead Commercial Business Analyst will drive end‑to‑end requirement gathering and process optimisation across commercial functions. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery of solutions in a regulated, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders to define project scope.
• Map, document and standardise current and future processes, translating technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, finance and marketing.
• Develop project charters, define success criteria and manage delivery through Agile sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Identify and lead process‑improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting global teams across time zones.

Required profile

• MBA in IT/Operations/Marketing or a Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering (Computer Science, IT) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma or IT consulting within large commercial organisations.
• Proven expertise in business analysis, process mapping and optimisation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM and commercial processes (lead lifecycle, quote‑to‑order, service, dealer management).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceMax or Oracle CPQ.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in regulated environments.
