Senior Lab Engineer – Measurement & Calibration

About the role
The role focuses on fine measurement activities within the lab, supporting calibration, 5S, and measurement system analysis for FMR projects.
Key responsibilities
- Perform fine measurement room activities, including 5S, calibration, and AMC support.
- Provide measurement system analysis and support for FMR activities as defined in the lab scope.
- Ensure zero non‑conformance in internal and external audits, manage shift planning and supervision.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- 1‑3 years of experience in FMR or related measurement roles.
Required skills
- Competent in operating analytical equipment such as Zygo, CMM, Form Tester (MFU100, LD130, MMQ400).
- Knowledge of measurement techniques, test methods, MSA, 5S, and safety engineering.
- Proficiency with SAP for asset updates and documentation.
