Senior Java Backend Developer – Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance enterprise applications. The role focuses on microservices, event‑driven architecture, and cloud deployment using AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs for high‑volume transactional systems.
• Implement event‑driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Design, optimize, and tune Oracle database schemas and queries.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, and DevOps throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience working in Agile teams.
• Immediate availability or notice period up to 30 days preferred.
