Senior IT Support Coordinator

About the role

King Rose Construction is looking for a proactive Senior IT Support Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day IT operations across multiple locations, including the New York office. You will ensure hardware, software and network issues are resolved quickly while improving existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, network connectivity, email and system issues.
• Monitor, optimise and document current IT processes; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
• Maintain IT asset tracking, licensing records and system security.
• Assist with onboarding (laptops, email, access) and off‑boarding (device collection, account deactivation).
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and follow‑up.
• Deliver user training on IT best practices when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or coordination roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Experience supporting remote or multi‑site offices is preferred.
