Senior IT Recruiter – End-to-End Technical Hiring

About the role

Neolatika is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to independently manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand requirements, source strong candidates, conduct initial screening, and drive positions through to joining.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, social platforms and direct outreach.
• Recruit for a wide range of technical roles including Software Developers, Full‑Stack Engineers, Java.NET, Python, React, Node.js, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data and AI/ML positions.
• Conduct initial screenings, HR/telephonic interviews and coordinate technical interviews, ensuring timely feedback.
• Maintain active pipelines, talent pools and accurate recruitment trackers while meeting hiring targets.
• Handle candidate communication, salary discussions, notice periods and offer negotiations to drive offer‑to‑joining conversion.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment with a proven end‑to‑end track record.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and IT technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri/Indeed or similar platforms and strong sourcing/headhunting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and candidate‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, own hiring targets and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS/CRM or recruitment tracking systems is preferred.
