Senior Integration Consultant (Rhapsody Integration)

About the role

The Technical Consultant (TC) is responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions, including problem identification, system architecture definition, implementation, basic integration, validation and verification testing, customer education, solution activation, and system restoration. The TC works with global customers to conceptualize, design and optimise Philips solutions for customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement and maintain HL7/FHIR interfaces using the Orion/Lyniate Rhapsody engine.
• Lead integration projects, analyse vendor specifications, troubleshoot issues and provide on‑call support.
• Manage source code versioning in line with technical management guidelines.
• Collaborate with application and project teams to define design and unit‑testing scenarios.
• Research and apply best‑practice integration tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience with Orion/Lyniate Rhapsody integration engine.
• 3+ years of JavaScript development.
• 5+ years of programming experience in Core Java, C# and related languages.
• Strong background in healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 V2.x, FHIR, DICOM and IHE.
• Experience integrating Hospital EMR, PACS and other clinical modalities.
