Senior Immigration Specialist, Middle East

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Global Immigration Specialist (P4) to join our Immigration team focused on the Middle East. Based in Bengaluru, you will support corporate clients and their employees in obtaining work and residence permits worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support immigration casework from assessment through submission and monitoring to completion.
• Facilitate candidate eligibility assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Act as liaison between candidates, in‑country partners, and governmental authorities.
• Provide informed advice on immigration rules across global markets.
• Manage the full life‑cycle of each candidate’s immigration needs, including record‑keeping and visa expiry monitoring.
• Collaborate with Client and Employee Experience teams and third‑party providers for smooth onboarding.
• Drive client satisfaction, meet committed timelines, and influence global affiliates.
• Stay current on international immigration news and update internal knowledge bases.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with local immigration authorities for Pebl subsidiaries and pilot cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in immigration or global mobility.
• Research‑oriented with exceptional organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to quickly assimilate information across operations in 180+ countries.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and consultative abilities.
• Technology‑literate, including G Suite applications.
• Strong consultative customer service and project‑management style.
• Business proficiency in English and Arabic.
