Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

Krishna's Herbal & Ayurveda is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function in Jodhpur. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape HR strategy, policies and workforce planning for a fast‑growing Ayurvedic wellness company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement across manufacturing, corporate and field teams.
• Design and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits structures, and learning & development programs aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, grievance resolution and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Provide HR data reporting and analytics to senior leadership for informed decision‑making.
• Partner with operations, quality and commercial teams to support organisational culture, change management and talent retention.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience in HR for manufacturing, FMCG or healthcare sectors is highly beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
