About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with strong knowledge of ELV and technical recruitment to manage end‑to‑end hiring for engineers, technicians, site staff and corporate positions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interview panels.
- Manage manpower requirements with project/site teams and maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and hiring trackers.
- Support bulk hiring, campus recruitment and ensure timely vacancy closure.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Understanding of ELV, BMS, CCTV, fire alarm, access control, networking, structured cabling and fiber optic domains.
- Ability to evaluate candidates, negotiate offers and follow up for acceptance and joining.
