Senior HR Operations Professional

About the role

The Global HR Operations & Service Delivery team at Avaloq provides end‑to‑end HR services across multiple countries. As a Senior HR Operations Professional you will support legal entities in India and contribute to HR services across the Asia region, handling the full employee lifecycle and payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, compensation, benefits, leave, and off‑boarding.
• Lead end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee data in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors with confidentiality and integrity.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees via the HR ticketing system and guide a junior team member on BAU tasks.
• Coordinate with external payroll and benefits providers, statutory authorities, and regional HR contacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in Indian labour law and statutory payroll compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• In‑depth knowledge of Indian payroll statutory requirements
