Senior HR Business Partner – M&SS

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for its M&SS portfolio in Pune. You will act as a strategic HR advisor, aligning people initiatives with business objectives and driving talent, learning, and organizational development across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into HR strategies, including workforce planning, talent risk mitigation, and performance management.
• Lead succession planning, leadership development, internal mobility, and organizational design initiatives.
• Support competence development and learning programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage conflict resolution, grievance investigations, policy interpretation, and coach managers on systemic issues.
• Drive data‑driven decision making by analysing HR metrics, engagement trends, retention, and performance data.
• Oversee GA, internship, fixed‑term, external (white‑collar) employee management, expat management, employee engagement, gratuity & superannuation, and insurance/mediclaim operations for both M&SS and PT.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR team to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10‑15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, coaching and change‑management skills.
