As a key technical leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure in the region. You will lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Develop innovative and sustainable solutions for transportation infrastructure challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local and international design standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality‑assurance checks on project deliverables.
• Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Master's degree in Transportation/Highway Engineering; Master's strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10‑15 years of progressive experience in highway and road infrastructure design, project management, and delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in transportation engineering design standards and practices.
• Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring junior engineers and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent technical communication and proposal writing skills.
• Proficiency with highway design software and CAD tools.
