Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Skadoosh Media is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across a range of campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital assets. The role is full‑time and based in our Mumbai office, working closely with cross‑functional creative teams to deliver compelling designs that align with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and key visuals for 360° campaigns spanning social, digital, OOH, print, and experiential channels.
• Create and evolve brand identities, guidelines, and visual assets for multiple clients.
• Design social media creatives, digital ads, carousels, web banners, emailers, and other digital deliverables.
• Produce moodboards, reference collections, mockups, and presentation decks to communicate ideas.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, planners, account managers, and motion graphic specialists.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, files, and deliverables while maintaining high quality standards.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and emerging visual styles.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or creative studio.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across campaigns, branding, digital, and social media.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with AI‑generated design tools.
