Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Spinco Biotech is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual creation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, presentations, and product communications. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Chennai, supporting the company’s scientific and technology‑focused brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics and layouts for both web and print, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, product documentation, and internal communications.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Prepare production‑ready files for vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise or mentor junior designers as needed and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Contribute to creative direction, propose design improvements, and stay updated on industry trends relevant to the scientific sector.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design work for digital and print.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with technology, scientific, or B2B brands is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent design suite).
• Strong skills in logo design, branding, typography, and layout principles.
