Senior Graphic Designer – Full-time On-site

About the role

Marketing Mojito is a full‑stack digital marketing agency looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own the visual identity of high‑growth brands. You will blend classic design principles with modern AI tools to deliver high‑quality work at social‑media speed.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting visuals for Meta ads, LinkedIn carousels and email campaigns that drive revenue.
• Collaborate with the Strategy Lead to build and evolve brand identities, including logos, guidelines and typography.
• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney and Photoshop Generative Fill to accelerate creation and produce light motion graphics or GIFs.
• Create clean, responsive banners and landing‑page assets; Figma experience is a plus.
• Manage multiple client mandates simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Design‑for‑ROI mindset, focusing on data‑driven outcomes.
• Ability to handle fast‑paced execution without compromising quality.
