Senior Graphic Designer - Brand and Marketing

About the role

EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an in-house agency that delivers high-quality, on-brand creative solutions for EY teams across media platforms. As a Senior Associate - Senior Graphic Designer, you will ideate and deliver creatives aligned with the EY brand and business objectives, working with workflow coordinators, art directors and content teams to turn concepts into effective collateral (digital, print and interactive). The position is based in Kochi.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals.
• Adhere to EY brand guidelines and meet expectations for aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members on best design practices and advocate current design trends.
• Prioritize deadlines and manage several creative projects in parallel.
• Communicate with customers, understand design briefs and share ideas, and act as an independent design consultant.
• Respond to customers by call and email and contribute to organizational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline).
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing brochures, newsletters, flyers, banners, business presentations, animated presentations and marketing collaterals.
• Experience working with global clients and building strong client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).
• Preferably knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and motion graphics.
• Strong visual design, typography and layout skills, and understanding of current and future visual trends.
