Senior Functional Tester - WAM (Multifonds Global Investing)

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced Functional Test Lead for its Global Delivery Services team in Chennai. The role focuses on the Multifonds Global Investing (MFGI) application and its functional modules, covering transfer agency operations and their business lifecycle. The position is listed as senior, with a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of MFGI modules, including end-to-end investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers)
• Test AML and KYC workflows, static data management, fund setup, NAV calculations, dividend registration, performance fees, tax calculations and retrocession fees
• Validate settlement and payment, SWIFT messaging and transfer agency lifecycle events
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers, document results, raise defects and track them to closure
• Lead status calls, Scrum calls and client meetings, review DSR and WSR, and mentor staff
• Develop and maintain testing strategies, plans, scenarios and scripts, and manage resources to meet targets

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with the MFGI application and a deep understanding of transfer agency operations
• Ability to define, monitor and report on SLAs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate clearly
