Senior Functional Analyst – Veeva LIMS Consultant

We are bringing to market a modern cloud solution designed to optimize laboratories with increased efficiency and productivity by streamlining processes. The role partners with customers to implement Veeva LIMS, a new product in Quality Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects at life‑science companies designing and deploying Quality & Manufacturing applications.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with QA, business, and IT teams on requirements gathering and process‑design modeling of the Veeva Qualitysuite.
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and documentation such as workflow diagrams.
• Design, prototype, and document quality/content‑management solutions.
• Leverage out‑of‑the‑box or best‑practice approaches to solution strategy.
• Contribute to sprint planning and Agile delivery.
• Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams (solution design, configuration, data migration, systems integration).
• Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Business/Functional Analyst with Veeva eQMS in a regulated life‑sciences/pharma environment.
• Strong understanding of Veeva eQMS, especially Deviation, Change Control, Lab Investigations (OOS/OOT), Audits and SQM processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva tasks such as process configuration, user management, metadata, and workflows.
• Solid analytical abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to act quickly to understand business requirements and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to design and implement solutions.
