Senior French Recruiter (GTAC)

About the role

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Senior French Recruiter to lead sourcing and placement of French‑speaking talent for its global clients. The role focuses on passive candidate sourcing, building pipelines, and delivering high‑quality hires on a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies targeting passive French‑speaking candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Managers and stakeholders to refine recruitment plans.
• Source profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Conduct candidate outreach, pre‑screening, and qualification based on skill, cultural and motivational fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate interaction records and build pre‑qualified talent pools.

Required profile

• Fluent or near‑native French (read, write, speak) and strong English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th and UG.
• At least 2 years of recruitment or customer‑support experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and adapt to urgent hiring needs.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours and occasional flexibility beyond typical office times.

• Night‑shift schedule (5:30 pm‑2:30 am or 8:30 pm‑5:30 am) with Saturday & Sunday off.
