Senior Flutter Developer (iOS & Android)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise‑grade cross‑platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The role involves independent ownership of mobile initiatives, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build high‑quality Flutter applications, creating reusable widgets and modules.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive mobile experiences and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Define mobile architecture using MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles and Domain‑Driven Design.
• Implement state management with Provider and ChangeNotifier, applying dependency‑injection patterns.
• Integrate hardware peripherals such as Bluetooth/BLE, NFC, barcode/QR scanners, cameras, printers, and GPS services.
• Develop RESTful API integrations, secure authentication, offline‑first data persistence and synchronization.
• Write unit, widget and integration tests, perform root‑cause analysis, and maintain logging, monitoring and analytics.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and participate in architecture decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in Flutter and Dart development.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID, DDD).
• Ability to lead projects independently and guide a development team.
• Experience with hardware integration and native Android troubleshooting.
