Senior Financial Analyst – SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytically strong Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team supporting a fast‑growing SaaS business. You will work closely with Finance Business Partners to ensure financial discipline, deliver executive‑ready insights, and help shape long‑term profitability. This hands‑on position offers visibility across the CFO office and the SaaS operating unit in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver high‑quality monthly management reporting packs, dashboards and fact books.
• Perform detailed monthly variance analysis with commentary on topline, margins and operating performance.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑range planning with robust financial models.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis, strategic deep‑dives and scenario reviews for leadership decision‑making.
• Elevate financial storytelling and insights to enable faster, smarter decisions.
• Become a power user of FP&A systems (Datarails) to streamline reporting workflows and improve automation.
• Collaborate with Controllership, operations and FP&A colleagues to ensure alignment on data definitions and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in Enterprise, SaaS or IT Services.
• Strong skills in management reporting, variance analysis and financial storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to distill complex data into clear executive‑level insights.
• Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, scaling environments.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Dashboard and presentation design using PowerPoint, Google Slides or Power BI.
• Experience with FP&A systems such as Datarails, Anaplan, Hyperion or Workday.
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle or equivalent.
