Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to lead variance analysis, forecasting, and profitability initiatives across multiple business lines. The role partners with controllers and business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly results variance reports and commentary, consolidating root‑cause analysis for GSC and GOC review.
• Coordinate quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting, consolidating submissions for GOC‑level reporting.
• Streamline net working capital reporting tools, identify significant changes, and share insights with leadership.
• Support price and profitability analysis, including data collection for variance and sub‑business profitability studies.
• Improve cost‑center reporting processes to align with Eurofins policies and enhance accuracy.
• Lead ad‑hoc FP&A projects, financial improvement analyses, and mentor junior analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field (mandatory).
• Either a Master’s degree/MBA, professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA, etc.) or IFRS diploma.
• 8–12 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business finance or reporting, preferably in ITES, pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Collaborative team player able to work cross‑functionally across geographies.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Financial modeling and three‑statement financial analysis.
• Experience with Accounting, ERP and Business Intelligence systems.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
