Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A International – APAC

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A International for the APAC region will support financial planning, forecasting and performance management across APAC markets. This position offers strong exposure to international finance operations within a global MedTech organization and the chance to influence business performance in a high‑growth region.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting, budgeting and long‑range planning processes for APAC markets.
• Prepare and analyse financial results, including P&L performance, variance analysis and key performance indicators.
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to understand performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Assist month‑end close activities, ensuring data accuracy and explaining variances.
• Provide clear financial insights and presentations for senior management and regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (required); Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience supporting APAC FP&A activities and exposure to MedTech or regulated industries is preferred.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel up to 10% regionally.
