Senior Financial Analyst (CEMEA) – Open to Persons with Disability

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead Accounting & Reporting activities for the CEMEA region. The position is open to persons with disability and will be based in Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Accounting & Reporting (ATR) activities for the CEMEA region.
• Support the ATR function by contributing to strategy and vision.
• Capture, record, summarize, and report transactions in compliance with US GAAP.
• Execute monthly consolidation for CEMEA, ensuring accurate and complete ledgers.
• Prepare monthly commentary on P&L and balance‑sheet movements for ATR leadership.
• Reconcile numerous balance‑sheet accounts promptly with minimal differences.
• Submit internal US GAAP reports to headquarters on schedule.
• Review complex accounting matters, produce technical memos and white papers.
• Collaborate with Controllership teams to propose process improvements and enhance data quality.
• Drive efficiency through automation of business processes using Visa’s integrated accounting system.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher qualification).
• Degree in Accounting or professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA.
• Hands‑on experience with US GAAP and consolidation processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
