Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Fictiv Technology Services is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead its growing financial, accounting, and tax management functions. The role will develop and maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure robust internal control, timely transaction handling, accurate financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own general ledger and financial reporting for the company
• Ensure statutory compliance on bookkeeping, reporting, and taxation
• Manage cash and foreign exchange operations
• Assist in optimizing transactional structure and workflow for local and cross‑border accounting and payment processes
• Prepare, review and manage payroll
• Review, approve and pay local vendors
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year‑end close
• Advise and enforce corporate policy with local staff
• Develop and enforce compliance around order fulfilment and processing in ERP software
• Respond to inquiries from the US headquarters regarding financial results and special reporting requests

Required profile

• Education: B.Com / M.Com and/or MBA preferred; CA is mandatory
• 15+ years experience in financial reporting or general ledger functions, preferably in a product, manufacturing or multinational environment
• Proven leadership managing finance teams and responsibilities
• Experience working with business and tax authorities
• Experience developing written processes and procedures and training finance and cross‑functional teams
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to grow responsibilities as the company expands
• Proactive self‑starter capable of independent work
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work across time zones (US headquarters in San Francisco)
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
