Senior Finance Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Controller to lead the finance function for Formula Group. The role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash management and compliance across multiple locations, ensuring robust financial controls and supporting business growth.

• Cash flow & working capital management
• GST, TDS & statutory compliance
• Credit control & receivables management
• Internal controls and audit coordination
• ERP/finance automation and process improvement
• Partnering with business leaders to drive profitability

Required profile

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 10–15 years of relevant finance experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial controls
• Experience in multi‑location service organizations is an advantage
• Hands‑on leader with strong analytical and business partnering skills
