Senior Finance Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Consultant to provide financial modelling, fundraising support, and CFO‑level advisory to our clients across India. The role blends finance expertise with strategic advisory, helping founders and leadership teams navigate growth, market entry, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for client engagements.
• Support fundraising initiatives and advise on capital structure.
• Provide CFO‑level strategic advice on growth, market entry, and operations.
• Deliver compliance advisory covering GST, income tax, corporate law, and sector‑specific regulations.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on market research, deliverable creation, and client presentations.
• Own and enhance a suite of interactive calculators and advisory frameworks used in engagements.
• Create advisory‑grade content on finance, compliance, and strategy for firm publications.

Required profile

• CA or MBA in Finance with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in startup finance, fundraising, or investment banking.
• Chartered Accountant with at least 4 years in compliance and taxation.
• Deep knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, and regulatory frameworks.
• 3‑5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Product management experience (3+ years), preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
