Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end hiring for technical and engineering positions in India. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, engaging hiring managers, and delivering hiring targets for our global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical, engineering and IT roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking events and personal talent communities.
• Expand and nurture referral channels within your professional network.
• Screen and assess candidates against core competency criteria and maintain a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide regular market insights.
• Track recruitment metrics, deliver weekly candidate shortlists and meet monthly hiring targets.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in technical, engineering or IT staffing.
• Proven ability to source talent using LinkedIn, Naukri and other professional networks.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence in managing senior internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Result‑oriented mindset with ownership and accountability.
