Senior Executive - Stores and Warehouse

About the role

The Senior Executive – Stores and Warehouse is responsible for overseeing all aspects of material handling, inventory control, and finished‑goods dispatch within the organization. This role ensures that materials are received, verified, stored, and issued accurately while maintaining compliance with quality and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee material receipt, verification, labeling, and GRN preparation using the ERP system.
• Manage storage and inventory, ensuring proper stock updates and scheduled physical verification.
• Control material issuance and dispensing in line with BMR/BPR guidelines, maintaining accurate stock records.
• Coordinate storage and dispatch of finished goods, working closely with production and sales departments.
• Maintain warehouse records, review QMS documents, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Facilitate inter‑departmental coordination and monitor ERP functions to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification: M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.A or M.Com.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, stores or logistics management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, documentation and compliance processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
