Senior Executive - Social Analytics

About the role

The Senior Executive – Social Analytics & Community Management will turn social media data into actionable insights that drive business objectives. You will be responsible for performance reporting, community engagement, and social listening across owned channels while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, analyse and interpret social media data to produce weekly, monthly, campaign and ad‑hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Track and report organic and paid performance metrics such as reach, views, engagement, followers, engagement rate and campaign results.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for campaigns, brand portfolios, influencer collaborations and ongoing performance metrics.
• Translate performance data into strategic recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Manage community interactions across platforms, ensuring timely, high‑quality responses that align with brand tone.
• Conduct social listening using Konnect Insights or similar tools to capture sentiment, trends, competitor activity and emerging issues.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Customer Support and Operations to resolve queries, manage escalations and ensure consistent communication.
• Support internal business reviews with accurate reporting, performance analysis and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of experience in social media analytics, community management, digital marketing or reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and dashboard creation.
• Excellent written communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands‑on experience with social listening platforms such as Konnect Insights (preferred).
