About the role
The Senior Executive – Sales will lead channel partner management to drive walk‑ins, order bookings and revenue for assigned projects in Mumbai. This role focuses on building strong channel relationships, monitoring market dynamics and ensuring sales targets are met within budget and timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales value (Rs. Cr) and volume targets as per the net order book.
- Maintain targeted speed of sales (units booked per month) across assigned channels.
- Develop new distribution channels and deepen existing channel pipelines.
- Monitor competitor activity in the micro‑market and provide timely feedback.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering, finance) to improve site‑level channel activities and customer experience.
- Design and implement site plans, including below‑the‑line (BTL) activities.
- Act as the critical link between channels and closure managers to generate robust customer walk‑ins.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, meetings and channel performance.
- Prepare and execute weekly, monthly and quarterly action plans in coordination with the marketing team.
- Identify knowledge gaps, design training programs and manage knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
Required profile
- BE or MBA full‑time qualification.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets through a network of channel partners.
- Experience in empaneling and managing high‑performing channel partners.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
