About the role
The Senior Executive will support the Shared Service Centre in Bangalore, driving HR analytics, compensation management and employee recognition initiatives. This role collaborates closely with group HR teams to ensure data‑driven decisions and compliance across all India verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards and data cuts; gather benchmark data on jobs, compensation and benefits; calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with policies; participate in salary and labour market surveys; assist in HRMS Phase II rollout and create increment models aligned with the Group’s reward philosophy.
- Boost the Doctor’s Recognition program, manage vendor relationships for birthday and long‑service awards, validate clinician data and coordinate supplier quotations.
