Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Talent & Employee Experience

About the role

Alike is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead Talent and Employee Experience across its operations in India, the UAE and the UK. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Determine staffing needs and design recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and evaluate candidates.
• Drive employer branding initiatives on platforms such as Glassdoor and AmbitionBox.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously refine hiring processes.
• Plan and coordinate all phases of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, retention and off‑boarding.
• Implement employee engagement programs and conduct exit interviews.
• Participate in HR automation projects and support HR system adoption.

Required profile

• PGDM/MBA with a specialization in HR or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Zoho HRMS (preferred).
