Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Finance

About the role

We are looking for a senior finance professional to support the site’s financial control and reporting activities. The role combines monthly closing, performance analysis and budget management to ensure accurate and timely financial information for the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in, understand and challenge the monthly closing process, providing variance analysis versus budget and prior month.
• Prepare weekly financial performance reports and key performance indicators such as overdue external and internal items and internal controls.
• Support budget, medium‑term plan (MTP) and forecasting processes, including guidelines, recharges and standard templates.
• Develop and implement standard management control tools and conduct ad‑hoc analyses.
• Resolve inter‑site issues such as transfer pricing and R&D recharges.
• Prepare and pre‑validate IAR and CAA documents ensuring proper workflow compliance.
• Deploy group‑wide standard tools and approve e‑procurement requests.
• Analyse budget, forecast, best estimates and MTP, applying standard costing techniques in SAP ERP.

Required profile

• Proven experience in monthly closing, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and medium‑term planning processes.
• Familiarity with standard costing methods and their implementation in SAP ERP.
• Ability to work across sites to resolve transfer‑price and R&D recharge issues.
