Senior Event Production Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Event Production Executive to own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, high‑value wedding events. The role combines on‑ground production expertise with strong project management to ensure flawless planning, execution and teardown.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute large wedding events from setup through dismantling and material returns.
• Lead on‑ground production teams, vendors, suppliers, labour and internal stakeholders.
• Manage event timelines, manpower, logistics, equipment and venue requirements.
• Conduct venue visits, measurements, site assessments and detailed production planning.
• Oversee multiple vendors and teams simultaneously, ensuring smooth cross‑functional coordination.
• Troubleshoot last‑minute challenges related to manpower, materials, logistics or execution.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and production team members.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, event or wedding production, or a similar on‑ground execution role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects and timelines, and solve problems under pressure.
• Strong communication, coordination and attention‑to‑detail with a high sense of ownership.
• Willingness to travel for venue visits and work flexible, extended hours during event days.
